At Mizuno Malaysia, we are committed to your peak performance; if your gear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 14 days of receipt. Please ensure all products are in their original, unworn condition with tags and packaging intact to qualify for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Mizuno account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the items in their original shoebox or apparel packaging, ensuring all original tags are attached and the invoice is included inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Ship to Mizuno

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier point or schedule a pickup via our logistics partner.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of the returned sports gear, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
