For West Malaysia, orders typically arrive within 3 to 5 business days. For East Malaysia (Sabah and Sarawak), please allow 5 to 7 business days for delivery via our local courier partners.
How do I ensure I am buying the correct shoe size?
Mizuno uses standard US sizing. We recommend referring to our comprehensive Size Guide available on each product page, which includes a centimeter (CM) conversion chart to help you find the perfect fit.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 14-day return policy for products in original, unworn condition with all tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, socks and compression wear cannot be returned unless they are defective.
